- professional educators ready to help diverse students succeed and thrive, and
- a cadre of educational professionals that is, itself, diverse
The Office of Urban Education & Educational Equity believes that education professionals/leaders must be able to foster and sustain a culture of promise and possibility, of high expectation, collaborative ownership, and celebration of diversity.
