Discussion:
EMU pass rates are comparable to the statewide pass rates for most years. The overall average EMU pass rate of 60% is a little lower than the overall statewide pass rate of 67%. From 2002 onward, the EMU pass rates have exceeded the statewide rates for every test except for the very latest test.
