The Department of Special Education offers programs in the areas of: Cognitively Impaired, Emotionally Impaired, Learning Disabilities, Hearing Impaired, Visually Impaired, Physical and Otherwise Health Impaired, and Speech-Language Pathology/Speech-Language Impaired. At a graduate level the Department offers a Master of Arts degree and a Specialist Degree. In addition, graduate endorsement programs are also available in the areas of Director of Special Education, Supervisor of Special Education, and Teacher of Physical Education for the Handicapped.
