Students may earn academic credit through alternative means. These alternative options include:
- Advanced Placement (AP)
- International Baccalaureate (IB)
- College Level Examination Program (CLEP)
- Credit by examination (available through some academic departments when CLEP is not available)
- Validation
- Portfolio-assisted Prior Learning Assessment
