Christopher Robbins, an associate professor of teacher education at Eastern Michigan University, received the Distinguished Faculty Research I Award. The award, which includes a plaque and a $3,500 stipend, is given to a faculty member with less than five years teaching at EMU; more in the current edition of Focus EMU.
FETE registration requires proof of background check

Registration for FETE 301/302, FETE 401/402, Practicum 304/305 and Practicum 310/311 requires proof of a background check. If you do not have a background check currently on file with the Department of Teacher Education, please visit ICHAT and complete the process. Bring the background check to 313 Porter and you will be given permission to register. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER WITHOUT A COMPLETED BACKGROUND CHECK.
