MomsLikeMe.com allows teen mothers to connect with each other.  The site enables them to meet, talk, share photos and videos, and participate in local events.

StandUpGirl.com is a website by a teen mother for teen mothers.  Becky provides info that helped her, a Dear Becky column with stories shared by other teen mothers, and access to Chats and Forums.

birthNETWORK is “a non-profit, consumer-advocacy group promoting awareness of the benefits and availability of healthy, normal pregnancy and childbirth through information and support.”


FAMILY SUPPORT, HOUSING & BASIC NEEDS SERVICES

United Way 2-1-1 is “a multi-lingual, comprehensive information and referral service available 24/7/365.”  It has a database of 20,000 programs and services, and special projects including:  2-1-1 On the Go! to help homeless individuals get off the streets and into permanent housing and full-time employment, and 2-1-1 Help Book to assist social workers, case managers and families.
