  • Graduates: PLEASE DO NOT bring coats, purses or any other personal items into the Convocation Center unless you have guests who can hold these items throughout the day. There will be NO locked facilities for valuables; there will be no extra space on the Convocation Center floor; and there will be no access to the robing rooms after the ceremony is finished.

  • No food or beverages will be permitted (or provided) in the Convocation Center during the Commencement ceremonies.
