Commencement Spring 2012

Tickets

Please read the following carefully.

• Each person attending commencement, including children, but not including graduates, will need a ticket.
• Each graduating student is allocated up to six tickets for friends, family, and other guests.
• Tickets for Commencement must be picked up in advance before the ceremony at the Convocation Center. Tickets are free but must be picked up by April 24, 2012,at 7 p.m.

• Photo ID is required when picking up your tickets. The dates to pick up tickets are as follows:
  • April 16, 19, 20, and 23 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • April 17, 18, and 24 with extended hours from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Any additional tickets after April 24 will be made available on a first come, first serve basis at 8 a.m. on April 25. However there is no guarantee that tickets will be made available to anyone after April 24 at 7 p.m.
• No tickets will be available Commencement day.
• Arrangements for accessible seating are to be made at the time of ticket pick-up.
