The doctoral program in Educational Leadership recently honored its first 100 graduates. The reception this spring at University House coincided with the conferring of the 100th doctor of education (Ed.D) degree. The program started in 1991. Since the springtime celebration, 12 more students have earned doctorates by defending their dissertations.
Wil Seegars ('00) has developed The Hip Hop Game of Skillz to introduce the varied styles of hip hop to educators and others as a way to embrace hip hop's vocabulary, rhyming patterns and enduring contribution to culture.
