Position: EMERSON SCHOOL Internship Position (Posted on 10/5/07) Company:  Emerson School Location:  Emerson School, 5425 Scio Church Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48103 Emerson School is searching for an intern to assist us on several upcoming projects within our IT department and for daily support help. Under supervision, assist in the planning, testing and implementation of key projects. This individual should be a self-starter and have the initiative to quantify and problem solve individually as well as in a group setting. The candidate should have familiarity with: Linux or derivations - (Ubuntu, Fedora, FreeBSD), MS Windows XP, Mac OS X, basic LAN concepts, PC troubleshooting. Personal abilities and skills: Self Starter Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Willingness to follow directions and established procedures Internship available immediately.
