Location:  Kansas City, MO

Cerner's Support Analysts are on the front lines of troubleshooting and providing support by telephone for Cerner clients and Cerner associates working directly on client projects. The Support Analyst's area of expertise is field investigation and the successful resolution of service requests. Primary responsibilities include developing education/knowledge transfer materials, providing documentation for requirements modeling and functional design, testing solutions, and delivering the highest level of service to Cerner clients. Support Analyst's have responsibility for supporting one Cerner solution, understanding and articulating the impact of solution functionality, options available, solution integration and database design decisions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
  • Interest and experience in the healthcare industry preferred
  • Client relationship management skills beneficial
  • Relocation to Cerner's World Headquarters in the Kansas City metropolitan area
