Drupal Developer/Web Designer (Posted on 10/2/09) Company: University of Michigan Library Location: Ann Arbor, MI Summary: The University of Michigan Library's Web Systems department is seeking a Drupal programmer and web designer with demonstrated experience and expertise in Drupal, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Adobe PhotoShop, and Adobe Illustrator. This is a permanent full-time position. Library Web Systems recently (August 2009) launched a new Drupal-powered web site at http://www.lib.umich.edu This site involves extensive customizations to Drupal, use of the Solr search engine, and close integration with the VuFind interface to the library catalog. Library Web Systems maintains numerous applications outside of Drupal, including a social bookmarking tool, an experimental federated search engine, and numerous other services and tools.
