Business Objects Enterprise (BOE) - BOE is an online report repository. Use your emich account information and select LDAP authentication to log into the report repository.

 

IT Helpdesk - Nedd computer help, send an email to the Help at it.helpdesk@emich.edu or call 734.487.2120. The Help Desk will create a magic ticket for you and resolve your computer issue or the ticket will be forwarded to Business Systems Support or IT for service.

 

VPN Request - Virtual Private Network (VPN) access is required to access certain University processes from a remote location such as your home. In order to use this access, you must self register for the process and complete online training before the access is approved. This process takes two to three days to complete so please plan ahead.
