Entering Hours for a Pay Period

Reduce the amount of time you spend on your leave report by copying the number of hours from one of
your leave report entries and paste across multiple dates in the same pay period for the same earnings type. This feature can be particularly helpful if you enter the same time for each day you work.

Follow these directions to enter hours for an entire pay period, on your leave report:

  1. Open your leave report. See Opening Your Leave Report for more information.
  2. From the Leave Report page, enter time for one day. See Entering Time for One Day for more information.
  3. Click the Copy button.

  4. The Copy page is displayed. Click the Copy by Date checkbox for dates to be copied to.
  5. Click the Copy button.
  6. Note: A message is displayed indicating the hours were copied.
  7. When you are finished, click the Leave Report button.
