Employees can use the Pay Information menu to view a history of their payroll deductions.
Follow these directions to view your payroll deductions history:
- Navigate to the Employee Services menu. See Employee Services Menu Overview
- Click the Pay Information link.
- The Pay Information menu is displayed.
- The Select Deductions to View page is displayed. Click the From Date pull-down arrow and choose a date from the list.
- Click the To Date pull-down arrow and choose a date from the list.
- Click the Display button.
- The View Earnings page is displayed.
- When you are finished, click the Employee tab to return to the Employee menu.
