Short Bio:

Dr. Teehan is a graduate of Capella University's School of Business and one of the first online learners in the United States at a PhD level. His dissertation is entitled "The Relationship Between Emotional Intelligence, Sense of Humor, and Job Satisfaction in Masters of Business Student at a Midwestern University".

Areas of Expertise:

Student services, academic assistance, academic achievement, emotional intelligence and humor.

Professional Activities:

Presentation on "EMU's Industrial Distribution Program and Why College Graduates are Vital to the Electrical Industry" for the National Association of Electrical Distributors (NAED).

Presentation on "Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Effectiveness" for the American Society of Employers (ASE).
