Quality Management

Welcome to the Master of Science in Quality Management (MSQM)

The MSQM was developed using the American Society for Quality (ASQ) body of knowledge required for the Certified Qualified Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Manager (CQM), and Certified Quality Auditor (CQA). A student in this program will master a variety of methods that include the human factors that influence quality and statistical techniques for continuous product and process improvement.
