"I would like to share with you the reasons I chose the Master of Science in Quality at Eastern Michigan University. I had certain requirements that needed to be met;

1st the program had to be accredited and available online.

2nd the program needed to be technically challenging but not require me to have an undergrad in theoretical mathematics.

3rd the program cost shouldn’t be outrageous.

4th the professors should be accessible and respond quickly at all times at least by email.

5th the program needed to follow the philosophies of Deming, Juran and Crosby.

I found many programs that meet the majority of my criteria. However, the cost was unbelievable. I found three universities that had Master of Science degrees in quality available online and at an instate tuition price.  Of these three universities, only one, EMU replied to my emailed questions in a reasonable time period.  The program coordinator contacted me the same day I sent my email.  It took the other two universities over a week to reply.

Therefore, I chose EMU; because, I felt that if the other two universities really believed in quality by giving prompt customer service they would have replied to me within a day or two.  My experiences in the program have been nothing short of fantastic!  I feel that the professors care about their students, and that the education of their students is the main reason the program is successful."

- Dell Golanski, Safety Manager for BAE Systems
