The Hotel & Restaurant Management Program is the only accredited hospitality program in Michigan by the Accreditation Commission on Programs in Hospitality Administration (ACPHA). ACPHA reviews programs to insure that high standards that meet industry and student needs are being met.

The Hotel and Restaurant Management Program is committed to providing a comprehensive program that focuses on integrating theoretical knowledge with practical work experience, and implementation of management strategies needed to succeed in the Hotel and Restaurant Industry.
