Center for Product Research and Development
Services
The Center for Product Research and Development provides the following
services:
Manufacturing facilities: The CPRD has manufacturing equipment
and space for prototype production runs and networks to provide additional
resources.
Material and product testing: We have processes and equipment
for quality testing new parts and materials. Metals, plastics and
construction materials can all be checked.
Patents and trademarks: New inventions and products can receive
patent protection. We can conduct the patent search; an important
first step.
Product and process development: If you have an idea for a new
product or process, our experienced staff can assist you to make it
a reality.
Prototype creation: If you are developing a new or re-engineering
a product or part, a prototype may be needed. We can help with computer-aided
design (CAD) and in building prototypes or models.
