Digitized Motion Studies with PHY 223 and any MATH course.

CSIE 177 : Digitized Motion Studies
In this cluster, calculus and physics students will apply such principles as vector analysis, integrals, velocity, and Newtonian laws to model real-life scenarios. Students analyze digital videos using sophisticated graphing programs to visualize 3-dimensional motion in 2-dimensional equations.

PHY 223 : Mechanics and Sound
A basic, calculus-based course in physics for students majoring in physical science and those on a pre-engineering curriculum. Topics include kinematics, Newton's Laws, work and energy, conservation laws, rotational method, oscillations, and sound. Laboratory: two consecutive hours, one day per week.

With any MATH course MATH 120 or MATH 121 or MATH 122 or MATH 223.
