| Biography:

|
Teaching at Eastern since January 1964. The breadth of Evans's service to students, the department, and the University is profound. He has served in leadership roles in a variety of committees over the years and worked extensively with the Communication area's graduate assistants. |

| Research interests include organizational and Intercultural communication. He has presented and published extensively in the Michigan Speech Association Journal and at the Central States Speech Association. |

| Intercultural communication, communication for leaders, and small group decision-making. |
