Communication Undergraduate Program

The Undergraduate program in Communication is one of the largest programs in the College of Arts and Sciences. Communication students explore the impact and influence of communication in personal, professional, and public contexts. Students have opportunities to further develop and refine their communication skills through participation in an internship program, the Undergraduate Research Symposium, and the nationally ranked forensics team. A variety of career options are available to communication graduates, including positions in: advertising; business administration; government; health services; human resources; management; marketing; politics; public relations; and social services; as well as advanced studies in law and graduate schools.
