The Department of Diversity and Community Involvement (DCI) offers many opportunities for students to learn, develop and find a place to belong. Through our various programs and services, we assist students with their transition to college, engage them in meaningful dialogue, help them develop their leadership potential, and equip them with the tools to become responsible global citizens. We encourage students to ask difficult questions, challenge the status quo and broaden the way they view themselves, the world and our campus community.
We are very proud of our on-going collaborations with faculty and staff across campus and partners throughout the local community. If you are looking for a strong community where you can grow and "Be the Difference", DCI is the place for you! Stop by any of our Centers on the third floor of the Student Center and check us out!
