Here at EMU Dining, we strive to provide our students, faculty, staff and visitors with the highest quality and the most diverse dining options.

We feature the award winning CrossRoads MarketPlace, our campus convenience store located in Hoyt Conference Center near “The Towers”. CrossRoads MarketPlace was the winner of the 2005 – 2006 “Best of the Best C-Stores” award from the National Association of College and University Food Services (NACUFS) with its modern appeal and varied selections that would suit any taste. CrossRoads MarketPlace also houses an Einstein Bros® Bagels and offers freshly made sandwiches and room service.

Dining Commons ONE is our “cafeteria style” restaurant, which features several stations. These stations include: salad bar, fresh cut fruit bar, hand tossed salads, custom made sandwiches, grilled meats and vegetables, made to order stir fry and a home cooking station that offers down home favorites like macaroni & cheese and mashed potatoes. At DC ONE students can pay once to enter and eat as much or as little as they choose. This year we will offer an exciting array of new and fun products from our Executive Chef, Thomas Murray.

Our food court, Eastern Eateries, has even more variety to choose from including Healthy Stop Express, A & W, Sbarro, the QuickFixx convenience store and more. We also offer a delicious Sunday Brunch and visiting family and friends are invited to join you.

We are excited about the Student Center where we feature Taco Bell Express/KFC Express and “the island.” The island includes Freshens, Sbarro and Sweet Success. Our Student Center also includes the Lobby Shop, an impressive convenience store.
