Nutrition FAQ


Healthy options are found at dining locations all across campus such as Wrap It Up, Salsa Grill, GreenMarket Bistro, CrossRoads MarketPlace, The Commons, and all Eagle Cafes. Healthy options may include wraps, salads, stir-fry, soups, sushi, and more!

EMU now offers a variety of gluten-free options across campus. Just ask for gluten-free bread, pizza crust, and pasta! Eagle Cafes also have gluten-free shaker salads and snack items. Look for the logo to find gluten-free options on campus.

Vegetarian options can be found at most dining locations including vegetarian meals and meat alternatives including tofu, edamame, black bean burgers, veggie burgers, and Gardein faux meat products. GreenMarket Bistro is a pure vegetarian restaurant located in the Student Center and all Eagle Cafes offer a variety of vegetarian shaker salads and snacks. Look for the logo to find vegetarian options around campus.

Vegan options can be found at most dining locations including vegan sandwiches, wraps, burgers, soups, salads, and more. Vegan proteins include tofu, edamame, and Gardein faux meat products.
