$525 plus $120 housing (optional)
This workshop addresses "the whole book", from contents to the unique fabrication of materials and binding structures for housing a collection of shibori samples. We'll focus on fabric resist-dyeing and turning these fabrics into unique book cloth for several one-of-a-kind book structures.New explorations this year include indigo and black walnut dyes with expanded resist-dye and stitching techniques. See historic examples of book arts concepts and page layouts and learn to incorporate them into your finished book projects.
