HAZWOPER Emergency Response Refresher | CEUs: 0.7, one-day
Intended for members of the spill team engaged in work site, incidental or emergency response and clean up. Enables them to recognize various hazards associated with released materials and to use safe, methodical response procedures. Meets OSHA HAZWOPER Emergency Response annual refresher training requirements. Intended for those who have HAZWOPER Operations level (eight hour basic) or higher level training. Appropriate for those wishing to maintain OSHA certification at the Operations, Technician, Specialist or Incident Commander levels. Particularly for those who are independent or missed their company's scheduled refresher trainings.

  • Reviewing hazards
  • Identifying and researching hazardous materials through use of MSDS, NIOSH pocket guide and ERG
  • Levels of training and appropriate incidental versus emergency responses

HAZWOPER Technician (24 Hours) | CEUs: 2.4 | Cost: $600 
Designed for personnel who respond to releases or potential releases of hazardous substances or who perform maintenance at TDS facilities. They may assume a more aggressive role in response to a release and may perform actions to strop the release or clean up the spill. They may plug, patch, repair, absorb, over pack, etc. in order to mitigate the incident. Designed for who respond to releases of hazardous materials for the purpose of stopping the release or cleaning up the release.
