Mindfulness Practice - Fall 2017

Mindfulness Reading Study Group - Led by Suzanne Gray during Winter 2018

This is a multi-week exploration of mindfulness through various authors.  All participants have access to a CANVAS shell with copies of each chapter and other resources.  More details to come.
