UNIV is a course designed to get students oriented to the services and academic resources available at EMU, to prepare them for academic study and research in the classroom and library, and for personal growth and development.

SBS produces all student bills and manages the Eagle Card process including the refund of excess financial aid, the Perkins and Short-term loan processes, and SBS produces the information and support of Ebill online financial services - Ebill, Epay and EZ Payment Plans. SBS staff deliver financial aid through accounts receivable, apply tuition waivers to accounts, and bill third party entities, such as GM and MET.
