External scholarships are available to students from organizations and agencies outside the University. One of the most common external scholarships is the Michigan Competitive Scholarship, awarded through the Michigan Office of Scholarships and Grants.
For information, contact the Michigan Office of Scholarships and Grants Web site or call 888.447.2687. We encourage students to avoid search services that charge a fee.
Additionally, visiting Web sites affiliated with your area of interest (such as Health Services or Social Services) often provides additional information that may not appear on the normal search services.
