[Go Green with  Electronic W-2’s]

In our continuing effort to GO GREEN Payroll is now offering employees the opportunity to receive their W-2 electronically instead of being printed and mailed. Employees can consent to receive their electronic W-2 in Employee Self Service (ESS). Click here for information on how to sign up.

 

EMU Payroll Department is pleased to announce that our Faculty and Staff can now set up their direct deposit into two accounts.  Please let us help you take advantage of this great opportunity.

[EMU Expands Partnership with JPMorgan Chase]

As of July 17, Eastern Michigan University has expanded its partnership with JPMorgan Chase. As part of this partnership, the University's payroll will be handled by JPMorgan Chase. For employees with direct deposit, the change will be seamless. Funds will be deposited to the bank account that employees have previously specified. For employees receiving paychecks, their paycheck will be drawn on Chase. For additional information, please call 487-2393.

Along with an explanation of the program this link will provide you with available options, plus answers to frequently asked questions, as well as the agreement form. Please print off and read carefully.

How do I record my time?

Plan A and Plan B:


Bi-weekly staff: record hours on the WTE time sheet under the earning label “Voluntary Work Adjustment”

Semi-monthly staff: entered by the Payroll staff from the approved agreement form

 

Plan C: - no entry required

EMU is going Green!! In our continuing efforts to move to a paperless environmentally friendly operation, the Division of Business and Finance will be delivering your Direct Deposit Advices electronically (eDDA) via e-mail.
