Eastern Michigan University EMU HOME

Valentine's Day was Feb. 14 and a number of faculty, staff and students remembered their loved ones by ordering a personal treat from Eastern Eateries. (below) EMU freshman Edward Niepoth picks up a heart-shaped Valentine's cake for his mother from Nikki Fritts, pastry chef for Dining Services. Other choices included a heart-shaped chocolate chip cookie and a new item, a heart-shaped chocolate brownie. Treats were inscribed with the messages, "Happy Valentine's Day" or "I Love You."
