Nutrition Open House

VEGETARIAN STIR-FRY: (above, from left) Eastern Michigan University dietetics students Dawnmarie Chmiel, a junior from Allen Park, and Habeba Zourob, a junior from Lebanon, along with EMU Chef Tom Murray, serve up a vegetarian stir-fry dish to Gina Worfuls, a sophomore from South Lyon. The Office of Nutrition Services hosted a Nutrition Open House Feb. 18 in the lobby of Roosevelt Hall. In addition to the food demonstration, the open house included blood pressure screenings, free massages, free food, a raffle, an EMU Women's Center display and an "Ask a Dietitian" segment.
