REMEMBERING
LINCOLN: Eastern
Michigan University junior Michelle Morle
takes a break from working in Halle Library
to examine the traveling exhibition "The
Constitution and the Civil War." Only
25 libraries nationwide will be hosting the
exhibition and Eastern Michigan University
has the distinction of being the first stop
of the tour and the only Michigan institution
to host it. The exhibition marks the Abraham
Lincoln Bicentennical (1809-2009). A reception
is scheduled Tuesday, Sept. 8, 4-6 p.m.,
Halle Library Lobby.
