GALLERY TALK: John DeHoog and Brian Nelson, EMU associate art professors and curators of the "Contemporary Sculpture" exhibit in the University Art Gallery, discuss "Lost Landscape", an acrylic work by Steven Cartwright, with EMU undergraduate art students Oct. 6. The two discussed the artist's ideas, the formal qualities of the artwork and what the artwork communicates. The sculptures in the exhibit address consumption, waste, science, the body, war and commodization. The exhibit continues through Nov. 5.
