BLOOD: Eastern Michigan University
sophomore Heather Casey gives blood during
a Red Cross blood drive in the Putnam
Hall lounge Oct. 28. Carol McKee, a registered
nurse who has worked with the Red Cross
for nine years, draws Casey's blood.
All donors received a free T-shirt and
snacks were available. The three-day
drive garnered 110 good pints of blood,
which was more than the Red Cross's goal
of 93 good pints. The blood drive included
