CONGRATULATIONS: Kathryn Lenz, an elementary education major from Okemos, receives her diploma from Regent Chair Thomas Sidlik as Tom Venner, dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, looks on. Approximately 1,600 undergraduate and graduate students were eligible to walk during EMU's winter commencement ceremonies Dec. 14 in the Convocation Center. Dann Florek, an actor on "Law and Order: Special Victims Unit" and EMU alumnus, was the keynote speaker.
