Eastern Michigan University student-athletes turned in another stellar performance in the classroom, accumulating their thied-best academic semester in school history. During the fall semester, EMU student-athletes had an overall 3.02 GPA and a 3.08 cumulative GPA. The women's swimming and diving team (below) had the highest overall GPA of any EMU athletic team for the fall term. Highlights for the fall 2006 semester include:
