GOING
GREEN: Green Week
volunteers Gina Worful, a South Lyon junior,
and Chris Halliwill, a graduate student from
Somerset, fill the shelves for the Ypsilanti
Food Co-op March 17. As part of Green Week,
EMU students could volunteer at the Co-op,
located at 312 N. River St. Other Green Week
activities included a screening of a documentary
film, "No Impact Man"; an EcoBash event;
EcoEats, vegan/vegetarian
cooking lessons; and students could help
label storm drains.
