Flanagan ECA

AN EARLY START: State Superintendent of Schools Mike Flanagan speaks with superintendents of local school systems about the Early College Alliance (ECA) program started at Eastern Michigan University. The program enables students to complete the requirements for a high school diploma while earning up to 60 college credits — at no cost to the student. The program has openings for 136 students. The enrollment period runs through March 25. Flanagan met with area superintendents for this discussion in King Hall's Multicultural Lounge and toured EMU's facilities March 19.
