The Eastern Michigan University Board of Regents approved
the retirement of four staff and three faculty at its regular
meeting March 20. Those retiring from the University are:

Noffsinger |
Donna Noffsinger, of Westland, senior secretary, office
of research and development, 22 years of service.
Norma Taylor-Bishop, of Belleville, senior secretary,
collaborative school improvement program, 27 years of service.
Sher Clifford, material management worker, physical plant,
29 years of service.
Sandra Baker, of Ypsilanti, senior operations service
specialist, ICT-network and system services, 25 years of
service.

leadership and counseling, 19 years of service.
Nancy Prince, of Ann Arbor, assistant
professor, school of nursing, 21 years of service.
Jui-Hwa Upshur, of Ann Arbor, professor, history and philosophy,
