DEGREE DAY: Eastern Michigan
University's spring
commencment ceremonies are
scheduled at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
April 27 in the Convocation

Approximately 2,200 students will be eligible to participate in Eastern Michigan University's spring commencement ceremonies Sunday, April 27, at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the Convocation Center.
Michael G. Morris '69, '73, chairman, president and CEO of American Electric Power Co., Inc., will be the keynote speaker for both ceremonies.
Tickets are limited to graduates and their families and friends.
Dr. Donald M. Loppnow, provost and executive vice president for EMU, will preside over the ceremony.
Approximately 1,600 undergraduates and 647 graduate students (including five doctoral candidates) are eligible to participate.
Serving as grand marshal for the ceremonies will be Marvin Johnson, professor of health promotion and human performance.
The EMU Wind Symphony, conducted by John Zastoupil, will provide music. The Army ROTC will provide the Color Guard.
