A
BUSINESS SPARK: Local
Ypsilanti officials and EMU administrators
ready themselves to cut the ribbon during
a May 8 open house at the SPARK East business
incubator in downtown Ypsilanti. There are
eight start-up companies that
already do or will occupy space in
the 8,000-square-foot Mack & Mack
Building next to Bombadill's Cafe on
Michigan Avenue. The incubator offers
two conference rooms, utilities, high-speed
Internet, copiers and convenient parking
for its tenants.
