COMING DOWN: The demolition of Pine Grove Apartments began July 1 and took only a matter of days to finish. Here, Michael Rzepa from Homrich, Inc., finishes demolition of a building section between what were the front steps and the balcony, which dropped to the ground. Clearing of the area will continue this summer before construction of the new student center begins. The new student center is expected to open sometime in fall 2006.
