SUMMER PICNIC: Eastern Michigan University employees browse the choices during a "Lunch by the Lake" on the Student Center patio June 18. Hundreds of EMU employees showed up to eat grilled chicken or a vegetarian option, fruit salad, potato salad, pretzels, cupcakes and a beverage. Eastern Michigan President Susan Martin hosted the event. The next Lunch by the Lake is scheduled Thursday, July 16, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
