The new student center is expected to have its grand opening Nov. 6. A key
feature of the 181,000-square-foot facility is the breadth of meeting space
that will be available for a variety of campus activities, meetings and
business conferences. Most of the meeting rooms are located on the third
floor (see blueprint below), with large banquet rooms and an auditorium
on the second floor. Approximately 660 events have already been booked
for the facility from November through June 2007. For reservations, call
the Event Planning Office at 487-4108. The following are some key numbers
