Fusion, Eastern Michigan University's four-day orientation for new students,
required lots of volunteers, food and water to ensure a successful event.
As part of orientation activities, EMU freshmen and their parents enjoyed
a picnic outside the new Student Center. The Fusion team, made up of volunteer
new student orientation assistants (NSOAs), pose for a picture (below).
Some of the numbers from the orientation, which took place Sept. 1-4, are
