Regents approve 22 retirements

The Eastern Michigan University Board of Regents approved the retirement of 14 staff and eight faculty at its regular meeting Sept. 19. Those retiring from the University are:

Mary L. Blackburn, of Ypsilanti, custodian, two years of service.

John Cooper Jr., of Ypsilanti, assistant professor of computer science, 26 years of service.

Lily Hardy, of Ypsilanti, senior secretary, University Publications, 26 years of service.
