THE EIFFEL TOWER: Eastern
Michigan University student Troy Harris,
a freshman from Ann Arbor, poses in front

France. Harris was participating in the
"American Writers in Paris" study abroad
program directed by Heather Neff, an
EMU professor of English language and
literature. Students earned three credits
by studying the works of some of the
most influential novelists of the last
century in one of the world's most beautiful
cities. Student were on campus June 9-12
before spending June 15-25 in Paris.
